Save the Children is the leading, independent organization creating lasting change for children in need in the United States, Mongolia and around the world. They are a member of the International Save the Children Alliance, comprising 27 national Save the Children organizations working in more than 120 countries to ensure the well-being of children.
THE dZi FOUNDATION supports twenty-two health, education, and community development programs throughout the Himalayan region of India and Nepal. They serve communities not on the radar of other International Non-Governmental Organizations due to caste make-up and remote location. We'd love to tell you this is something we can afford to do cheaply, since it's a beater rally, and nobody has support crews, but the fact is, we are taking on huge personal committments, from little things to plane tickets to taking off weeks, if not months, to make a difference. The payoff for us is the journey, the adventure, and the hope that somehow we can make a real difference.
For businesses or organizations that wish to aid us on our journey, we've set up the link below to accept small donations towards our overhead. This money will go towards our car purchase, paperwork, titleing, mechanical costs, and transportation.
